The National Academy of Public Administration (NAPA) is conducting a study mandated by Congress on how FEMA can improve its preparedness activities.

As part of that study they have established an on-line dialogue so that state-level stakeholders can have direct input into the study. I have recently been told that the opportunity for input has been extended until close of business Friday, July 10th. I urge all interested readers to forward this to any and all stakeholders they know so that FEMA can hear directly from them on this important topic. An on-line dialogue for local stakeholders will follow, so stay tuned for that one as well. All the information can be found here.
